Hi, I’m Rebecca, a qualified sports and exercise nutritionist and an avid ultra runner.
It was while training for my first marathon that I discovered the vital role nutrition plays in giving you the energy you need to train hard and give it your best on race day.
Now, with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition and accreditation from the British Dietetic Association, I help endurance athletes of all levels fuel their bodies properly.
