Do I need to be training for a specific race to work with you?

No — some clients come with a race goal, others simply want to understand how to fuel their training better. If you have a goal, we'll build around it. If not, we'll figure out what matters most to you and start there.

Are sessions online or in person?

All 1:1 consultations are delivered online via video call, so we can work together wherever you are.
