Marathon Ready

Two sessions covering training nutrition, illness and injury, long run fuelling, taper and race day. For your first marathon or your fifth.

Ultra Ready

Two sessions covering training nutrition, gut training, long run fuelling, taper, carb-loading and race day.

 

For 50k through to 100 miles.
