At Eat Well Perform Better, I offer evidence-based, tailored advice to help you achieve your goals, from completing your first marathon to achieving that personal best.

 

I believe that nutrition is the foundation of success in endurance sports, and I’m here to show you how small, sustainable changes can make a big difference. I firmly believe that good nutrition can help everyone Perform Better!

When I’m not out running, you can find me in the kitchen trying out new vegetarian recipes with vegetables from our tiny vegetable patch and eggs from our rescue chickens!
